PressTV: Iranian photographers have launched 'the two weeks of Iranian photography' exhibition in the historical city of Mainz in Western Germany.

More than twenty-nine Iranian photographers displayed fifty photos in the 'Perspective' exhibition in the first week of Iranian photography (February 24 to 29).

The second week of the event featured two solo exhibitions 'Dance of tribes - Iranian wedding' and 'Glass eye' (March 2 to 8).

In the 'Dance of tribes - Iranian wedding' photo-exhibition, Iran's Hasan Sarbakhshian focuses on Iranian nomads and their fascinating customs and captivating wedding traditions.

In the 'Glass Eye' exhibition, photographer Iraj Mehregan highlights usual and sudden daily events in snapshots captured in Germany in 2005-2007.

The event was sponsored by the photography website for Persian Photographers in association with PENG, Gesellschaft zur Forderung von Design, and Kunst und Kommunikation eV.
